Since 2019, ARTA has a training centre at its HQ in Amuda. The purpose of the Academy is to provide trainings and workshops on journalism, radio and video production for people who have no prior experience, as the region suffers from the lack of experienced media workers due to the war and migration. The Academy has trained tens of local women and men who have become professional journalists working at ARTA and other media outlets in the region.
